"Definitely not an equal opportunity employer! Stay clear away from this company. This company will only hire Indians and if you are non-Indian and by chance you get hired you will not last. You will soon train your Indian replacement and will be out of a job. The TM is a dictator. Not a manager you want to work under. He thinks he owns the company and will have you working day and night even if you happen to be in bad health he doesn't care. His superiors only support him and turn a blind eye! Even HR and the company's admin will not help with any of your concerns. They will only view concerns as complaining and then you are marked to losing your job. One last thing... If you are approaching upper 40's and past 50 years of age then consider yourself unemployed. The TEC should really investigate this company and see how they treat employees."
