"Working in Austin it made it difficult for career advancement. Austin was and still is small division with limited opportunities to move around and do different fields."

"What I don't like about KLA-Tencor is the business cycle. It has it's ups and downs but it can be too overwhelming sometimes."

"Keep doing what they are doing, they've successfully built a great group of engineers and have been very productive, I wouldn't change a thing."
