"I have worked for Kittrich Corp for just over 3 years. The people are great and everyone always has a sense of urgency, with quality in mind. Our executive team however, is out of touch with how to treat their employees, and can be demeaning and hurtful."

"No money, so the department wilted and I was let go."

"Decide what business interestes ownership and stick to it."

"A compnay that has great turnover due to uncooperation of upper management."

"I was working with a former boss on a new product line - partygoods. I was able to work with previous and new vendors and be creative on my own designs for the product line as well."

"Make sure you check over ever small detail that you can think of - reasonable hours, people you are working with (how long have they been at the company), salary, anything."

What don't you like about working at Kittrich?

"The distance was quite far, and there was not cooperation or flexibity from upper management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The most common suggestion would be to listen to what employees have to say. Due to this, at this time, there is no one left at the company that I knew except for 3 or 4 people out of about 75."

"Run for your life, only apply if you need a pay check, but career Wise and leaning experience , move on to the next opportunity"

"To be replaced, and not let the cheap owner manages, because he doesn't know sh*t"
