"The job starts off ok at first, but over time the deficiencies of this company become very clear. There is a tremendously high turnover rate at this company, particularly at the lower levels. This is due to insufficient pay, and promises of salary increases that never materialize. Senior management is never on top of things; things are never completed or responded to on time. The owner of the company is extremely flighty and does not follow through on company issues that have gone on for years."
