"If applying for the position I have, I would ask if this is what you want to be doing for the rest of your life and if it isn't you need to keep that in mind constantly and focus beyond this job to keep your sanity."

"There is a constant cloud of complaining from everyone that will go to superiors and never get addressed, so then everyone is stuck in that cloud and it doesn't create a fun environment to be in."

"I would make a better effort to treat employees as people instead of numbers that get paid to work."

"The management structure, the stove pipe mentality of organizatinal structure, the ME ME defensive attitudes of all employees, and especially did not like the Turf issues that made up every decission."

"Re-evaluate thier organization and its reporting structure to involve a more teaming environment that would bennifit the county instead of the independant organization bennifits."
