This company promotes those who are forward looking and strive to push the company into the future of automation with an over all goal towards quality. This makes it an exciting place to work if you enjoy being a part of and watching a company grow and turn into something that will rival Toyota with time. The leadership wants and is pushing to see this company through to becoming a leader in the implementation and usage of automated manufacturing and assembly processes. They are still in their infancy of this application but that is what makes it so enjoyable as right now every engineer who has the drive has the power to independently make huge contributions."
