"I love being an Industrial/Process Engineer as this creates an opportunity to identify improvement projects and help the company/organization realize cast savings just by applying and implementing the process improvement tools. I develop a sense of pride to lead and own a project and the no-limitaion for the improvements keeps me moving forward with each day becoming more challenging and interesting. Honestly, there is nothing I hate about being as Manufacturing Process Engineer, It's just hard to keep up with the cyclical nature of Oil and Gas Industry."
"I love the independence and various challenges. Never a dull moment. The down side is you have a lot of responsibility but not always the authority to get things done."

"I would recommend that the individual be honest with their abilities, since they will be challenged by management or the the co-workers."

"Actually I am too busy most of the time to, thus never to take the time to dwell on reasons of not liking my job and the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that management require the workers to relax more often and take time off."
