"I have worked for Khoros for over a year. The company has a wonderful CEO, strong values, and wonderful collaborative people working for it. In the long term, the company will do very well. In the short term, however, there are still some post-merger pains that are being worked out. COVID has hit it hard, and while I have all the faith that things will bounce back, it's a tough time to be landing new customers. Some communication - especially in middle management - needs improvement."
