"Be yourself and let them know why you are qualified for the position. Make sure you express interest in the details and history of the company."
What don't you like about working at Keystone Benefits Group?
"I wasn't able to utilize my knowledge or strengths to the extent I wanted to. As an administrator, a lot of the work was repetitive and mindless. I took this position because I wanted to explore other opportunities and because it used some of my experience in retirement benefits. However, I needed more of a challenging atmosphere."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Try and challenge your employees and keep them interested in the work. Take them to client meetings, get them involved, and teach any time you get the opportunity."
