"I've worked for Keypoint for over three years now. The Background Investigator position offers a flexible work schedule which is perfect for someone with children or other dependents. However, the company has become more focused on production and requires that you take on a lot of work in a short amount of time. Because the job is based out of your home sometimes work and home life become so fluid that it can feel like you work all of the time. It is hard to move up and receive a raise."
