I dislike not being able to get help when a problem arises and the amount of traveling that is required on my part on a daily basis. The company tends to threaten its employees more than anything."
"The pay is low starting out and it's hard to get a raise. I love the freedom but the workload can be stressful. If you have children it's wonderful because you can still be a full time mother but if you're looking to make a career out of it, you can be easily burnout. Turnover is really high in this job. You have to answer to a lot of people and your work is always put under a microscope. What works one day may not work the next."
