"The micro managing is unprofessional. There are excellent loyal hard working people that are treated like robots.. NOT necessary."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management to allow the people to enjoy their job and people to work as a team are the best practices NOT micromanaged and people working against each other cause of fear of losing there job.... Makes for a stressful environment.... Need to go back to there practices in 2003-2005 methods.. Very successful work-flow and enjoyable environment to be in."
