"During my current role at Kettering University as a graduate research assistant in the NVH laboratory I experienced to perform research for company projects as I did for U.S Army and General Motors, also I mentored the undergraduate students for my supervisor which planted good leadership quality in me. Even I learned that leadership does not limit to handle the team and tell them to perform it but, also includes welcoming new ideas and take everyone’s suggestion into account. Through these qualities, I have confidence in my ability to facilitate positive change and collective effort."

"Put the name of the company that the applicant is applying to on the application page please. It would allow applicants to research the company a bit and make response more personalized for the company. Twice now I have no idea which companies I was applying to."
