"During my current role at Kettering University as a graduate research assistant in the NVH laboratory I experienced to perform research for company projects as I did for U.S Army and General Motors, also I mentored the undergraduate students for my supervisor which planted good leadership quality in me. Even I learned that leadership does not limit to handle the team and tell them to perform it but, also includes welcoming new ideas and take everyone’s suggestion into account.
