"Kenexa was not a good place to work. Nepotism is everywhere and the Senior Management teams are completely incompetent. Stay away from this place if can avoid it."

"Stay away"

"Don't hire the senior management's wife to a 2-3 day a week training job and give her a nice office, everyone knew that she only has the position because of her husband's position within the company."

"Very flexible company, don't micromanage...trust their people to be professional."

"This is a company that really is looking to the future and open to ideas...so go ahead and share yours."

"The only thing I can think of is that with the downturn in the economy I was forced to leave...would love to go back."
