"The company has changed alot over the last few years. As most have, they are constantly looking for ways to save money and man power. The pay is decent and the benefits are good. It's a nice environment to work in."
What don't you like about working at Kendal~Crosslands Communities?
"Trying to force all departments into the model ideal of working supervisors which eliminates middle management positions and saves money. However, in some cases, the employees feel lost and unconnected. Higher level position overseers are usually unavailable as they oversee sometimes several departments and the immediate supervisors are overworked."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think I would be a little more involved with the employees. I would also do more research before down-sizing certain departments to bring it in line with an ideal that is not applicable to people-care jobs. Not all departments can work the same way."
