"We needed better training and to have hands-on experience with the technology and not wait so long to use new technology."

"Kelly Services IT as a whole was a great experience for me. I found a company that I liked and that would take a chance on me. It gave me a good foot in the door for a permanent hire doing the same job at the same location."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Add everything you can into your information section. Be professional. Dress the part, your interview with Kelly is only the first interview, you still need to interview with the client who may or may not hire you, if Kelly isn't impressed, why would they send you as their first shot at a clients job interview."

What don't you like about working at Kelly Services?

"Potential for being let go by a company without any justification."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"This is a good place to go to find skilled workers who might not otherwise make it through the automated scanning process that HR might be using. You can get great employees from real world experience that you would miss if only looking for the exact match of a hastily written Job Description. Especially where the responsibilities of a job are somewhat fluid."
