"Do not lie about your skill level. It will reveal it's self with in the first few hours if you can make it or not."
What don't you like about working at Kellermeyer Bergensons?
"The people above you will point the finger at you without hesitation to avoid admitting they made a mistake. You have to defend your self constantly. The pay is terrible an account manager makes around 25k a year. Your pay will not correlate with your work load or effort. Corporate is oblivious to those in the smaller branches, you are just a minion in a cubicle. You are a scapegoat to those above you the VPs and RMs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management needs to recognize talent and make the pay more competitive if they have any intentions to retain the hardest working and smartest individuals."
