If you are looking to become a real estate agent, they are a fantastic company as they offer more training than any other real estate company. I work in an admin role and unless you are working for an expanding team, there is not a lot of room for advancement unless you are willing to grow into a sales role. The office culture is great, with everyone willing to help each other succeed. This is a rare occurence in the field of real estate, as ideally, you are all competing for the same business."
