"High range of nepotism (it's who you know type of environment)- tends to be unfavorable for certain work environments, where people hired off the street are not treated with same courtesies. But of course, in my experience that has been the case in many instances (not just with Keenan)."

"Working with the public (my clients LOVED and respected me)! My focus was to bring exceptional service to my clients and to give them the best professional experience in working with an insurance broker (especially during the school budget crisis)."
What don't you like about working at Keenan & Associates?
"I worked in sales. The industry spiraled downward after the budget crisis. Our department was not making the numbers and we started losing accounts."
