"I worked for Kee Safety for a few years now and it's a great company to work for. The atmosphere and culture is very family friendly and gives you the joy of being apart of a comfortable, open door base culture. My only critic for the company is that the pay seems to be below the market value and I believe most people leave the company because of that issue."

"I have worked at this company for a few years now. Currently looking for a new position elsewhere. The Average Pay given here is way off. Their own website states new hires at $35K to $40K. They make it virtually impossible to hit the bonus structure (which is capped at $12K), only those of us in the NE US hit the target consistently, This is due to the location of the company (Buffalo, NY). The benefits were very good but are beginning to slide into mediocrity. They do offer a company car which is good. They have a motto of: :"Kee doesn't like to pay bonuses or give raises....demand a lot and give a little". This comes directly from the top in the UK HQ. This is the reason several people are beginning to look elsewhere. Good career starting company. But only good for a few years."
