"I founded Kaufman International in 2006 after leaving my previous position as VP of Engineering and a Los Angeles web marketing company. While good a system design, implementation, and maintenance, I am not as good with sales and marketing my own company. I've been working with the same remote team of freelance developers since founding the company in 2006. Unfortunately my sales and marketing weakness keeps me from being able to keep them as busy as they should be. Besides that, the company is great and I rarely fight with my management."
