"Karma Automotive LLC, now known as Karma Innovation Customization Center, is a decent place to work for if you are willing to work long hours and possibly with weekend, expected. The company pays well for salary employees and decent for the hourly. Both salary and hourly employees on shop floor are bunch of great guys and girls to work with, but not much with upper management, too much micro-managing. There were many changes in the upper management team, either they quit or were let go."
