While decisions and communication are poor between upper management and employees, the relationship across the board between the actual people is spectacular. Not only that, but flexibility and growth are widespread if one is willing to take action on it due to the "start-up" culture that exists."

The company pays well for salary employees and decent for the hourly. Both salary and hourly employees on shop floor are bunch of great guys and girls to work with, but not much with upper management, too much micro-managing. There were many changes in the upper management team, either they quit or were let go."
