"The flexibility and the ability to work offsite a lot."

"When I conduct interviews I would interview the candidate in a coffee shop or restaurant so the person would feel a little relaxed and also I can see how the person interacts with the public."
What don't you like about working at Karder?
"The communication. Working on the client site, I was not informed on what was going on with my project. My customer was always in the loop of everything that was going on."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To have a open door policy with the employees and not have your employees find things out through the customer."
