"I worked at Kappa for a good many years. It has always been understaffed. It seems almost impossible to do your job in a correct fashion. No training for tasks you're asked to do. As one reviewer stated the owner has a 90 day plus payment in place to most vendors which has lost us some very good suppliers. The man they had running the company early on was terrible. He is still there in a financial function. Not much better. The company has antiquated equipment. Plus side is the wonderful people that endure that tunnel vision. Benefits are horrible. Pay for new people is bad. Expect to be overloaded with work. Ten hour days are normal. Good luck."

Maintenance Manager

"I have worked for Kappa Graphics since 2008. Upon being hired to complete 3 capital projects over a three year span and acquire equipment from overseas all of which were completed. I was then asked to also take on the production side in the Press Department which I did. Working for Kappa has become complicated by the Payment Scheduled outline by the owner. He insist on 90 day pay which has alienated most vendors for support. This has also caused us to lose support from OEM vendors."
