"I really liked the clients and staff people there. There was not a tax season nor any overtime."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"One could not make a suggestion to management. I tried to tell them a client was unhappy with a product and what they needed to do to correct the situation. They told me they had been doing it that way for years and it will not change. They got fired by the client on that project."
