"Company changes direction monthly. CEO left company after brief stay. Company has high debt and you have no job security. Demotions and terminations at every whim."

"Figure out a good strategy and stick with it. Invest in your people. Spend some money staffing your stores and remodeling old stores. Be more competitive and invest for the future not for the moment."
