1.3I worked for Kaiser Associates for more than 3 years. To be frank it is a poorly managed company with no ethics. Most people have given good ratings because it has been their first job out of college and have no ability to compare their experience. Moreover, they couldn't have qualified to work for other better companies anyway.
There is so much freedom to the managers that they abuse their position. They work like Hitlers and do not care if you are overloaded with work. They are so nit-picky that you will lose interest in your job within a month. The intelligence level of managers is so low that you would hate going to work. The pay is so low that you will feel like you are an intern and not full time employee. I have seen at least 2 dozen employees reprimanded and ill-treated in my 3 year tenure. Wrong people with no managerial skills have been promoted because they had good relations with SVP , which sucks for hard working people.
The management should care for the employees, for it will create a bonding for management and employees, leading to a solid relationship, company is not a company but it is the people; therefore management is the company and the employees are particles or parts of the company.
