"The Owner of the company has a toxic dominate personality. He brags on his 20 year accomplishment yet tells his employees they don't measure up to his level. You are offered 3 weeks vacation but the office staff is so lean there is no back up to process weekly duties while you are out. Unless you are the owner who travels on vacation as well as the General Manager."
"I previously worked for K and K and was highly disappointed with the unqualified management, lack of communication and inconsistencies in decision making. They seem to run employees into the ground and when they can no longer keep up the outrageous workload they simply replace them with a new individual where the same thing would happen again. The company has a great deal of work to do if they intend to stay in business."
