"I love working for JVC but it seems like there company has trouble making a profit. It also keeps changing it's hours from 8 hour rotating to 12 hour rotating shifts. It has not hired new production workers in over 3 years. When ever an employee leaves they replace them with temps. And they don't train them properly. They also keep going up on there insurance and haven't offered raises in the past 4 to 5 years."
