"I loved running Disaster Recovery meeting and writing SOPs for procedures and practices within the NOC environment. I learned UNIX and how to run jobs in Tivoli. I learned how to ping, RDP, and restart services on servers."

What don't you like about working at U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission?

"I gained so much knowledge working there. But, I constantly had to adjust to losing my managers on a monthly basis."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Utilize the employees that you have and never ever MICRO Manage. It makes employees feel like that they can not be trusted."
