"I love being able to create things that others cannot even fathom. A person comes to me with a need and I provide a vision. I hate being the one who has to do the tedious technical hand-me-down projects. When the Sr doesn't want to do it it's because it's not exciting, or challenging. I have to do it. I want to always be challenged."
"Personally I would prefer projects more geared towards interactive design but the company just isn't in a place that they have a demand for such things. Otherwise the quality of work is often highly professional and the projects are fantastic to work on as the team effort and collaborative process is amazing."
