"It's a good job for a while. Take the job if they offer it to you."
What don't you like about working at Juniata Valley Bank?
"Very little guidence from direct manager. Not quite sure what she's expecting, despite me repeatedly requesting guidence. She is also unavailable and quite literally difficult to locate at times. Not overly flexible, gets angry quite unexpectedly, and has spoken to me in a way that no respected employee should eveer be spoken to."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen more to what the employees are saying. Be more flexible when possible. Having good, happy employees makes a world of difference! Constantly rotation staff makes things hard on the bank and our customers."
