"My co-workers at this company were wonderful, for the most part. We helped each other get through each day & supported each other in any way we could--including looking for other companies to work for."

"Do not interview with this company--you will regret taking a job position here."

What don't you like about working at Juliska?

"Mostly everything. They treat their employees horribly. No respect is shown and no acknowledgement of hard work is ever given. There is no room for advancement in this company, unless a manager quits (which could be likely, as it's a revolving door with the turnover at this company). I worked there for a year-and-a-half and in that time, 16 people have now quit, including all levels. The place looks good from the outside, but is a horrible mess on the inside. The CEO is incompetent, at best, and has no idea how to run a company and the managers cannot manager their teams efficiently, as there is no communication, crippling disorganization, and not enough people to cover all the positions. Many employees have one job title, but work in a number of different departments, and are only compensated (poorly & illegally with no OT pay) for the one position, even though they are doing the work of 3 people. There are not enough words to describe how utterly dismal this company is. I would not recommend for anyone to seek employment with this company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs to listen to their employees!! Most of them are better educated and know more than the managers do, anyway."
