Stop the Politics, get focused on the big, overall picture instead of just worrying about your Dept only. Need to break down the Dept barricades, as they serve as an obstacle to getting work effectively done. The political games are wasting many tax dollars, something they should care about more than they do.
3.6I only worked a quick summer internship, however, 'twas a pleasant experience with no real hardships over the course. I learned a lot from my internship and focused my senior year in college based on what I had seen there. My only complaint would be the down time due to the interns not having a sufficient security clearance level to see anything major.
