Research and development was available, re-tooling and exposure to the technical, adminisrative and business sides ofthe company gave me a complete appreciation for the entire operation of the company."

"Be open and have a positive attitude. Think outside the box and have a Can Do attitude..willingto go above and beyond and then you will learn and grow at all times. Thus it will be a win win relationship for all parties involved."

"New, pioneering spirit, cross training and feed back requested and utilized at all points ."

"Continual training for non-Managerial personnel which allows them to have a proper understaanding of the technical side of the business and how it impacts the the business."

"The fact that I work on contract. A lot of projects die before they even reach their peek because not enough analysis is done before the projects starts."

"Get the people that will be working on the project involved in the decision on if an application is suitable to commence a project."
