Research and development was available, re-tooling and exposure to the technical, adminisrative and business sides ofthe company gave me a complete appreciation for the entire operation of the company."

"Continual training for non-Managerial personnel which allows them to have a proper understaanding of the technical side of the business and how it impacts the the business."
