"I like the strength and longevity JPMorgan Chase has to offer clients and employees. They are a financial company over 200 years old still paving the way in the banking, lending and credit card industry."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"My advice for someone applying to Chase Bank would be to come early, dress professional, make eye contact, and be prepared with questions for the recruiter and the hiring manager. If you don't know an answer, say so. Don't make up a number."

What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?

"Sometimes JPMorgan Chase can be too big for its britches, meaning, you could end up talking to multiple departments before getting an answer. The main decision makers are in a different state, country or time zone, sometimes causing customer complaint resolution to be delayed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"A recommendation to management would be more reward and recognition. Some real talent gets lost in a company so big."
