"It was not a complicated interview process. Be yourself, know what you're worth, make sure you ask a lot of questions with regards to upward mobility, and be honest when expressing your goals."

What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?

"The main issue in the banking industry is the lack of results-based compensation. You cannot earn more money within the same bank after which increases turnover and reduces the quality of service available to clients."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep your successful employees and treat them equally, which was not the case at all. You can't optimize production and customer satisfaction without retaining your quality employees due to lack of proper compensation."
