"Since I was an apprentice, the pay was minimal and there were no benefits."

"I gained a lot of experience with building data centers, high-tech server rooms, etc."

"This is a great company for those new in the field of construction/electricians."

"The company had a high turnover rate, which was worrisome."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Provider better benefits and more reliable employment for their employees."

"The pay scale was Davis-Bacon wages, but there were no benefits."

"The pay was very competitive. They utilized the Davis-Bacon wage scale."

"Be aware that the pay is high because you will need to supply your own health insurance."
What don't you like about working at MaxFour?
"This company did not offer health benefits of any kind."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that they offer retirement incentives, as well as health care coverage."
What do you like about working at Tamco Steel?
"The work was interesting. Had a chance to do many different things."

"This is hard because I didn't have an enjoyable time while there, Quit position and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone."
What don't you like about working at Tamco Steel?
"Weekly rotating shifts are hard to live with and the heat in the melt shop was over 195 deg. F. when the mill was running."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Require the managers to be educated to at least college level."
What do you like about working at KBR?
"They are the nicest group of people I've ever worked with."

"Go in with a smile on your face and a smile in your heart."
What don't you like about working at KBR?
"I've worked in the Middle East for the last two years, first in Iraq and then in Bahrain. The only negative thing is the weather."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None, the master electricians I worked for did a great job under the circumstances."
What do you like about working at Liberty Mutual?
"The people, work, and experience I've obtained are great! Our Data Center is built for a 9.0 earthquake and moves any direction up to 1'."

"It's a very good Company I'm proud to work here, but to stay in Seattle you must like the rain and some people do. I'm jsut not one of them..... Lol."
What don't you like about working at Liberty Mutual?
"No retirement and low pay, and the real reason I'm unhappy is becasue it rains all the time in Seattle."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More benefits and make the employees happier. Were contracted through Grubb & Ellis and they just filed Bankruptsy. Make us Liberty Mutual employees."
