"no really just be yourself, as far as skills goes, the owner is pretty well rounded."

"The carelessness of of my boss in pleasing the clients, when they would ask for a meeting he would say I'll call them, and sometimes never did."

"to take management classes."

"just a good all around good employer. The kept busy while other companies were laying off. They treat their employees with respect."

"At times they would move the employees to other jobs without notice and for no apparent reason."

"The imediate supervsor; I'm not talking about the foremen on the job; BIG DIFFERENCE!!!"

"a field supervisor who is in 'touch' with the workers"

"Remember your safety standards, because the jobs you need to work on require your full attention. It's not hard if you're a journeyman and also have good working standards."

"They offered me full time work and cut it to three days a week because I was getting it all done with excess time on my hands."
