Although cliche, I believe positivity and honestly are two of the most important qualities a good manager can possess. Positivity allows for a thriving work environment and honestly creates trust between all levels of the company.

I have worked at other healthcare systems and John Muir Health is far advanced in technology, people engagement, transparency, and communication. The patients the perception is a "Nordstroms" level of quality and customer service. To the employees, it's the "wow" factor of actually performing the brand promise of listening, explaining and working as a team. If you are thinking about using John Muir Health for your healthcare needs or if you are a job seeker thinking about where to work in the Bay Area, you have to consider John Muir Health. Period!
