"Terrible management. They will do everything to get rid of you if they all of a sudden don't like you. Long hours, 10-14 hours on a Saturday. You have to bus your own tables, run your food, and a lot of side work. Kitchen can't get an order out in a timely fashion to save their life. No resources to do your job: forks, cups, app plates, CRAB CRACKERS. Potential to make a lot of money here but the kitchen and management has already messed up their experience."
