Joe’s Crab Shack is a chain of casual seafood restaurants with more than 130 locations across the country. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, the restaurant offers crab buckets and a variety of other seafood specialty platters on its menu. Opened in Houston in 1991, Joe’s Crab Shack has undergone several ownership changes over the years. The original restaurant was purchased in 1994 by Landry’s Restaurants, and Joe’s was sold in 2006 to a company operating as JCS Holdings Inc.
