"From time to time I would come across people that you could not satisfy. This is very frustrating, and usuall cost money in order to make them happy. I would say that this group of customers is only about 2%, thank God."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"As management you have to keep your eyes and ears open to the job, to the employees and subcontractors. Be a part of the team not just the boss, because without help you could not complete the work."
