3.9 I started working for JLL as a Facilities Coordinator in May of 2019 working the PepsiCo account. In this role, I directly support the Site Hard services manager with the on-going facility and team related responsibilities. Quality check of work orders, reviewing and updating group training curricula and training status, assisting the senior facilities coordinator with financial reporting and tracking. Helps support facility specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving significant savings. Provides support for guests, visitors, and employees at client locations. Assists with receiving and dispatching of work requests to technical staff, vendors or other services providers. Day to Day Management. Manage the daily activities to include appropriate cleaning of all offices, bathrooms, pantries and common areas. Execute the RFP process for Cleaning services in the portfolio as necessary.

3.2 I have worked for JLL for nearly 3 years at an account of a name everyone would recognize. I have reached the salary cap and have no where to go. There is nothing at JLL that I can find, so I'm looking elsewhere. Perhaps the metrics below would be much better at another customer account, but there are no jobs available in Controls (other than HVAC controls) at any of these accounts, so here I am.

JLL-PDS dedicated its efforts in providing its team members the best available training and support. I always find that there are thousands of SME available at my fingertips should I require support. It is an incredible family which recognizes your effort and is always watching out for your well-being.
