"Company was sold to an investment company years ago and they still cannot figure out what to do with it. They are losing clients every day, their new product cannot get out the door (it is too late anyway), and their CTO is crazy. They have been losing cash and the investment company wants out. They have gone through several frequent rounds of layoffs and still haven't made the right cuts."
