"The Regional VP was a micro-manager with no interpersonal skills; he drove his employees away and never wanted to implement initiatives coming down from Shell. He was set in his ways, refused to promote from within, and looked down on professional growth and development."

"They need people with better management and people skills; truly embrace the idea of professional growth and development. Take more time to actually listen to the employees instead of implementing new ideas without their input."

"they were a good company to work for at one time. People were on a first name basis with upper management and there was actually some consideration for the needs of the employees."

"try interviewing all of the middle management people that lost their jobs the JLI decided to divest themselves of their comany operated stores. They have plenty to tell..."

"The fact that since Shell took over, employee and store management morale plummeted. Upper management had no consideration for employees and used them and discarded them as needed. They made promises when the stores were being sold to franchisees and had no intention of keeping them."

"notlhing, I have total disdain for them and have nothing to say to them."
