"It is a great company, and there is lots of creative freedom to explore new business opportunities."

"The company is very gray and left up to senior management's interpretation of directives and rules. It's great if you have a visionary leader, but not so good if you have a short-sighted micromanager."

"The lack of overall leadership is frustrating at this particular store. The company culture is lacking here, as compared to other stores."
